Chairman of the Board and Rector - Rickey L. Gross, M.D., F.A.A.E.P, University Professor - A 1977 Texas Tech University Graduate with Bachelors of Arts degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology.  He graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 1981 with a Doctor of Medicine degree. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan from 1981 to 1984.  Dr. Gross is a Diplomate of the Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine and was awarded the Degree of Fellow in the American Academy of Emergency Physicians.  He has served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine, Director of Oral Examinations, and Chairman of the Credentials Committee. He has served as Chairman of the North Texas Regional Trauma Advisory Council from 1994 through 1996. He has been a member of numerous Medical Societies including the American Academy of Emergency Physicians, American Association of Physician Specialists, American College of Emergency Physicians, Arkansas Medical Society, American Medical Association, American Society of Internal Medicine, American College of Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Gross is a practicing Emergency Physician since 1982.

Dean of Students ­ B. Richard Respess, M.D. University Professor, Instructor in Biostatistics, Physiology, Business and Management - A graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics, Dr. Respess obtained a Doctor of Science degree (Ph.D) from Harvard in Physics. He graduated in 1975 from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston with a Doctor of Medicine degree.

Dean of Admissions ­ Philip Glover M.D., F.A.A.E.P. ­ Professor of Neuroscience. Instructor in Neuroanatomy, Behavioral Science, and Biochemistry - A Wittenburg University graduate with Bachelor in Arts degrees in Biology and Chemistry. He Graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Glover did a Surgical Internship at Case Western Reserve University and completed a Neurology Residency at University of Michigan in 1986. He is a Diplomate of the Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine and was awarded the Degree of Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Physicians. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine (BCEM), Chairman of the Examinations Committee of the BCEM, and President of the American Academy of Emergency Physicians. He has been a member of numerous organizations including founding member of the Wittenburg University Chapter of the American Insititute of Biological Sciences, Michigan Medical Association, American College of Emergency Physicians, American Association of Physician Specialists, and American Academy of Emergency Physicians. he has received numerous awards including the Renesslar Award for Scientific Achievmentand the Kettering Foundation Academic and Scholarship. Dr. Glover is a practicing Emergency Physician.
