Graduates of Delphi University School of Medicine are eligible for licensure in the Principality of New Utopia. Graduates desiring to practice medicine in the United States of America should take and pass the USMLE Parts 1 and 2 and the clinical examination given by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates to begin residency training. Most states require a residency of at least 3 years and passing USMLE part 3 for full licensure.

Graduates desiring to practice in other countries should contact the medical licensing authorities of the desired country for the current licensing requirements.
