Health Quest

An interactive one semester course that teaches personal hygiene and fitness methods, as well as personal and ecological stewardship. Techniques for proper exercise are demonstrated through step-by-step shows and videos. This course offers practical preparation for the next level of health education and lifelong benefits.

Bible (Elective)

From creation to Moses, from Joshua to Samuel, the kingdom of Israel, the divided kingdom, captivity and restoration, the life of Jesus, the apostle Paul, Hebrews and the general epistles, revelation and review.
